Turn-key Facilities

Pioneer Engineering was engaged to design and install a 15 MMSCFD sweet gas processing facility for a junior O&G producer held in competitive drainage with an offset major plant operator. Pioneer Engineering managed all aspects of this project including design, permitting, equipment sourcing, field construction, and commissioning. The resultant facility was successfully brought on stream within 4 months from initial engagement; 30 days ahead of schedule at a total cost that was 35% lower than competing estimates.

Facility Optimization

Process simulation (Hysis) and plant optimization study of a 20 MMCFD facility to address off-spec performance and to increase throughput. Pioneer Engineering identified and implemented new operating procedures and made one minor facility modification which provided the client with on-spec sales gas and a 20% increase in processing capacity.
